摘要

开展本科专业综合评价是促进专业建设、引领专业内涵发展、培养适应经济社会发展需要的高素质人才的重要途径.科学合理的人才培养方案是提升专业办学能力和专业人才培养质量的保证.因此,本文基于本科专业综合评价视角重新梳理了人才培养方案各要素之间的关系,并用于指导我校环境科学专业人才培养方案的修订.文章从培养目标、毕业要求、课程体系、专业课程教学设计、专业培养模式五个方面阐述了完善人才培养方案、提升人才培养质量的具体做法,以期为全国地方院校环境类专业人才培养提供借鉴.

Abstract

Conducting comprehensive evaluation of undergraduate majors is an important way to promote the construction of majors,lead the connotative development of majors,and cultivate high-quality talents that meet the requirements of economic and social development.A scientific and reasonable talent training plan is a guarantee for improving the educational capacity of majors and the quality of talent training.Therefore the relationships among the various elements of the talent training plan were reconstructed from the perspective of the comprehensive evaluation of undergraduate majors and were used to guide the revision of the talent training plan for the major of environmental science in our university.The specific measures to improve the talent training plan and enhance the quality of talent training were elaborated from five aspects of training objectives,graduation requirements,curriculum system,teaching design for specialized courses and training models of majors.The aim of the study is to provide useful reference for the talents training of environmental majors in local colleges and universities across the country.
