摘要
黄河的自然地理条件多变,几千年来深刻影响了沿岸城市的兴衰变迁.结合历史文献记载和相关理论知识,选择相对较为典型的黄河沿岸古城开封,研究黄河在开封城市发展兴衰中产生的影响,分析几千年来的黄河治理方略变化,并结合开封发展现状提出治理新思路,从而对黄河沿岸城市未来在黄河的治理利用方面起到一定启示作用.
Abstract
The natural geographical conditions of the Yellow River are constantly changing,and have profoundly impact on the rise and fall of coastal cities for thousands of years.In combination with historical documents and relevant theoretical knowledge,and the relatively typical ancient city along the Yellow River,Kaifeng,should be selected as an example to study the impact of the Yellow River on the urban development of Kaifeng,this paper analyzes the changes of the Yellow River management strategies over the past thousands of years,and puts forward some new thinking on governance in the light of the present situation of Kaifeng,which will play a certain role in the future management and utilization of the Yellow River in the cities along the Yellow River.
