Research on the Implementation Path of Innovation-Driven High-Quality Industrial Development in Resource-Exhausted Cities in Henan Province
With the improvement of the quality of production and life,resources are consumed on a large scale.Due to the limited and non-renewable nature of natural resources,economic and social development is faced with the problem of resource exhaustion.At present,the development and transformation of resource-depleted cities has become the focus of urban development at home and abroad.Nearly one third of the cities in Henan province are resource-based cities,and the development of resource-exhausted cities is imminent.Based on the actual situation of the three resource-exhausted cities in Henan Province,this paper analyzes the current status of urban industrial structure,as well as the existing problems in the process of industrial development,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to provide reference and guidance for accelerating the high-quality development of resource-exhausted cities in Henan Province.
