摘要
通过调查研究,总结了焦作市科技创新工作取得的成效,分析了存在的问题,借鉴了外地的先进经验,提出加强焦作市科技创新工作的路径与对策:建设科技城、建设科技创新共同体、开放合作创新、提高企业的创新能力、提升科技创新平台能级、强化人才支撑保障、创造优越的生活环境和创新生态、建设大学城、中心城区建设科技创新型企业、加大政策支持力度.
Abstract
Through investigation and research,this paper summarizes the achievements of the scientific & technological innovation work of Jiaozuo City,analyzes the existing problems,draws on the advanced experience of other places,and puts forward the path and countermeasures to strengthen the scientific & technological innovation work of Jiaozuo City.We will build a science & technology city,as well as a science & technology innovation community,open cooperative innovation,raise the innovation capacity of enterprises,upgrade the level of the science & technology innovation platform,strengthen the support of talents,create a superior living environment and an innovation ecology,develop university towns and central urban areas,as well as science & technology innovation-oriented enterprises,and increase policy support.
