Analysis of Common Problems in High-Quality Double Zero Aluminum Foil Production
This article sketches the production status of high-quality double zero aluminum foil in China and analyzes the factors that affect product quality in the production of double zero aluminum foil,such as aluminum foil billet quality,production process selection,personnel operation and construction.From the aspects of aluminum foil billet control,rolling process selection,rolling oil selection,heat treatment process,working environment and relative humidity,it explores how to reduce the number of pinholes and the scrap rate of double zero aluminum foil rolling,aiming to improve the quality of domestic double zero aluminum foil products.
