高校后勤管理内部控制问题及对策研究

当前,高校后勤管理内部控制存在内部控制观念相对落后、内部控制环境建设不成熟、内部控制体制先进性不足、管理风险评估机制不完善、内部控制自我评价缺失、信息化建设有待深入等问题.据此,提出了从调整改善管理结构,构建咨询监督体制;形成强烈的服务意识,不断提升服务水准;健全内外部监督机制,构建自我完善长效机制;打造后勤管理平台,推动后勤管理信息化;优化内部激励机制,提升后勤工作效率等方面进行有效改进.
Research on Internal Control Issues and Countermeasures of Logistics Management in Colleges and Universities
At present,there are some problems in the internal control of university logistics management,such as relatively backward internal control concept,immature internal control environment construction,insufficient progressiveness of internal control system,imperfect management risk assessment mechanism,lack of self-evaluation of internal control,and information construction to be deepened.Based on this,it is proposed to adjust and improve the management structure and build the consultation and supervision system;form a strong sense of service,and constantly improve the level of service;perfect the internal and external supervision mechanism,and build a long-term self-improvement mechanism;build logistics management platform to promote logistics management information;optimize the internal incentive mechanism and better the efficiency of logistics work.
