陈式太极拳与杨式太极拳传承发展对比分析

摘要
河南焦作温县陈家沟是陈式太极拳的发源地,河北邯郸永年是杨式太极拳的发源地,两个地区在太极拳传承与保护方面做了诸多工作.当前,无论是校园太极拳的推广,还是群众体育太极拳的普及都以陈式和杨式两大太极拳流派为主,通过文献资料法、访谈法,结合两个流派传承发展现状,将两个最具代表性的太极拳派别的传承特点、发展特点进行对比分析,以促进太极拳传承与保护,实现太极拳事业的蓬勃发展.
Abstract
Chenjiagou in Wenxian,Jiaozuo,Henan is the birthplace of Chen-style Taijiquan,Yongnian in Handan,Hebei the birthplace of Yang-style Taijiquan.These two areas have done a lot of work in the inheritance and protection of Taijiquan.The popularity of Taijiquan in mass sports is mainly dominated by the two schools of Chen-style and Yang-style Taijiquan.Through the method of literature and interview,combined with the inheritance and development status of the two schools,the inheritance and development characteristics of the two most representative Taijiquan schools are compared and analyzed,so as to promote the inheritance and protection of Taijiquan and realize the vigorous development of Taijiquan cause.
