The all-round competition in today's world is essentially a competition for talents,so those who have more talents can play their maximum potential and win the competition.In future,if it wants to play a more important role in domestic science and technology,economy and culture,Henan must speed up the strategic adjustment of industrial structure,promoting the construction of four strategic goals for strengthening Henan,and the realization of these goals cannot be achieved without the support and promotion of talents.This paper sorts out and analyzes the current situation and problems of talent resources in Henan province,and puts forward the path and countermeasures of all-round talent cultivation,talent introduction and talent utilization,which provides beneficial reference for the future talent team construction in Henan Province.
