摘要
推动政务数据共享,实现跨层级、跨地域、跨系统、跨部门、跨业务的协同治理,这是数字政府建设的关键环节.文章分析了当前政务数据共享建设的现状、困境,针对政务数据共享难点痛点,从完善政策法规、规范数据技术标准、强化数据安全保护以及加大数据应用创新力度等方面给出了高质量推动政务数据共享的对策建议.
Abstract
Boosting government data sharing and realizing cross-level,cross-region,cross-system,cross-department and cross-business collaborative governance is a key link in the construction of digital government.This paper analyzes the current status and difficulties of the construction of government data sharing,focuses on the difficulties and pain points of government data sharing,and gives countermeasures and suggestions to promote high-quality government data sharing from the aspects of improving policies and regulations,standardizing data technical standards,strengthening data security protection and increasing data application innovation.
