地域文化融入高职旅游管理专业人才培养方案的实践研究——以焦作大学为例

摘要
地域文化是中国优秀传统文化的重要组成部分.挖掘地方优秀文化的内涵,并融入旅游管理专业人才培养方案,是文旅融合背景下,旅游业对人才的迫切需求.以地域文化融入焦作大学旅游管理专业人才培养方案为例,从培养目标、课程设置、教学方式、校企合作、实习实训、以赛促学等方面进行探索和实践,全方位提出地域文化融入高校旅游管理专业人才培养的实现路径,通过实践取得了良好效果.
Abstract
Regional culture is an important part of excellent traditional Chinese culture.In the context of cultural and tourism integration,it is an urgent need for talents in the tourism industry to probe into the connotation of excellent local culture and integrate it into the professional talent training program of tourism management.Taking the training plan of tourism management major in Jiaozuo University as an example,this paper explores and practices the integration of regional culture into the training of tourism professionals in colleges and universities from the aspects of training objectives,curriculum settings,teaching methods,school-enterprise cooperation,practice and training,and promoting learning through competition,and puts forward the realization path of integrating regional culture into the training of tourism management professionals in colleges and universities in an all-round way,and through practice has achieved good results.
