基于灰色关联度的高职软件技术人才职业技能培养影响因素分析

摘要
文章总结了影响高职软件技术人才职业技能培养的主要因素,借助灰色关联分析法,分析了主要因素对人才培养影响的相关联程度,根据关联系数结果,对影响因素进行了排序,对排序靠前的影响因素进行了分析,并根据人才培养中出现的问题,给出了一些相关建议.
Abstract
This paper summarizes the main factors that affect the occupational skills training of software technical personnel of vocational colleges and universities,and analyzes the correlation degree of the main factors on the talent training with the help of grey correlation analysis method.The influencing factors are sorted according to the correlation coefficient results,and the influential factors are analyzed in the top order,and some relevant suggestions are given in accordance with the problems in the talent training.
