Analysis of Influencing Factors of Occupational Skill Training of Software Technical Personnel of Vocational Colleges and Universities Based on Grey Relational Degree
This paper summarizes the main factors that affect the occupational skills training of software technical personnel of vocational colleges and universities,and analyzes the correlation degree of the main factors on the talent training with the help of grey correlation analysis method.The influencing factors are sorted according to the correlation coefficient results,and the influential factors are analyzed in the top order,and some relevant suggestions are given in accordance with the problems in the talent training.
