Abstract
The lyrics of"capturing the enemy chief,Division Commander Niu alive"originated from"Long March Songs",which is a special expression for the needs of the United front.The academic circles believe that there are three endings of"the enemy chief,Division Commander Niu":captured alive,suicide and shot dead.Researching the endings is helpful to clarify the relationship between the truth of the lyrics and the historical truth,as well as the conclusion that"music creation must pay attention to and respect the historical truth and logic".
