摘要
文章在调研和分析的基础上,科学分析焦作市营商环境建设概况,系统梳理焦作市营商环境建设中存在的主要问题:营商缺乏顶层设计,管理规制不够;营商成本高,投入产出效益不理想;营商重形式轻内容重引进轻服务,最后有针对性地设计焦作市一流营商环境建设对策,即从引进、落地、达产、运营"四位一体"的视域提出打造全过程、全方位、全生命周期的高质量营商机制,努力为焦作市经济高质量发展提供强劲的"生力军""强磁场"和"活力源".
Abstract
On the basis of investigation and analysis,this paper scientifically analyzes the general situation of the construction of business environment in Jiaozuo City and systematically combs the main problems existing in the construction of business environment in Jiaozuo City:the lack of top-level design of business and insufficient management regulations;high business costs and unsatisfactory input-output benefits;and business emphasizes form over content,introduction over service.Finally,targeted measures should be designed for the construction of a first-class business environment in Jiaozuo City,which includes a four-in-one perspective of introduction,implementation,production and operation,proposing to create a high-quality business mechanism that covers the entire process,all aspects and all life cycles,striving to provide a strong"new force","strong magnetic field"and"source of vitality"for the high-quality economic development of Jiaozuo City.
