摘要
高职院校就业—人才培养—招生联动是职业教育人才培养的内在要求,也是国家深化考试招生制度改革的客观要求,还是提升高校内部治理体系改革的现实要求.推进就业—人才培养—招生联动机制的构建,需要加强组织建设,完善联动实施的组织建设;需要深化校企合作,构建就业与人才培养的联动机制;需要服务社会发展,构建就业与招生的联动机制.
Abstract
The linkage of employment,talent training and enrollment in vocational colleges and universities is the internal requirement of vocational education talent training,the objective requirement of deepening the reform of the examination and enrollment system of the state,and the realistic requirement of improving the reform of the internal governance system of colleges and universities.To promote the construction of the linkage mechanism of employment,talent training and enrollment,it is necessary to strengthen the organizational construction,improve the organizational construction of linkage implementation,deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises,build a linkage mechanism between employment and talent training,serve social development and construct a linkage mechanism between employment and enrollment.
