摘要
在我国产业结构不断升级调整的时代背景下,深化产教融合对区域社会、经济、文化的发展意义重大,而构建区域职教综合体成为其中必不可少的一环.对区域职教综合体构建的理论基础、实践基础,以及其面临的困境进行了分析,阐明在政策生态、合作机制、人才梯队等方面的具体实施路径.
Abstract
In the context of the continuous upgrading and adjustment of China's industrial structure,deepening the integration of industry and education is of great significance to the development of regional society,economy and culture,while the construction of regional vocational education complex becomes an essential part.This paper analyzes the theoretical and practical basis of the construction of regional vocational education complex,as well as the difficulties it faces,and clarifies the specific implementation path in the aspects of policy ecology,cooperation mechanism and talent team.
