摘要
文章以电气自动化技术专业为例,在数字化转型战略视域下对河南省装备制造行业人才培养模式的构建和实践进行探索,提出一种"工作室依托,生产任务驱动,岗课赛证融通"的产教融合人才培养模式,以期提高电气自动化技术专业人才培养水平、提升装备制造行业服务地方经济的能力,为职业院校可持续发展提供有力保障.
Abstract
Taking electrical automation technology as an example,this paper explores the construction and practice of talent training mode of equipment manufacturing industry in Henan Province from the perspective of digital transformation strategy,and proposes a talent training mode integrating production and education with"studio-based,production-task-driven and post-class-competition-certificate integration",so as to improve the training level of electrical automation technology professionals,enhance the ability of equipment manufacturing industry to serve the local economy,and provide a strong guarantee for the sustainable development of vocational colleges and universities.
