Research on the Cultivation and Introduction Path of Scientific and Technological Talents in the Context of New Quality Productivity——In the Case Study of Jiaozuo City
The article aims to explore the existing problems and implementation paths of attracting and nurturing scientific and technological talents in Jiaozuo City in the context of new quality productivity.By means of literature review,case study,field investigation and data reference,it summarizes the bottlenecks and problems in the introduction and cultivation of scientific and technological talents in Jiaozuo City,and puts forward the concrete practical paths for the introduction and cultivation of scientific and technological talents in Jiaozuo City in the context of new quality productivity:promoting industrial innovation and optimizing the structure of talents;creating a worry-free environment and building a talent ecology;adhering to the combination of induction and breeding to fill the"reservoir"of talents;and innovating evaluation and incentive mechanism to stimulate the vitality of talents.These targeted strategies will provide intellectual support for Jiaozuo City to further promote the strategy of strong talent and accelerate the realization of high-quality development.
