Research on Countermeasures to Support and Develop New Forms of Employment in Jiaozuo City
This paper aims to study the countermeasures to promote the development of new employment forms in Jiaozuo City,improve the ability to absorb new employment forms and adapt to the development of digital economy.It analyzes the development of the new employment form in Jiaozuo City and finds that there are some problems such as imperfect policy support system and security policy.It makes a theoretical analysis of the influencing reasons and advances that Jiaozuo should adopt measures such as formulating and bettering the overall top design,improving the social security system,building the lifelong training system and perfecting the government supervision system,so as to stimulate the vitality of the labor market and facilitate the high-quality development of the new employment form in Jiaozuo City.
