摘要
文章旨在为建筑企业管理者积极改变现状,增强建筑工人获得感、希望感及认同感,真正实现让建筑工人"想进来""留得住"提供依据.通过文献梳理和实地调查研究,我们发现工作、家庭和组织是一线建筑工人工作幸福感的主要影响因素,因此,一线建筑工人工作幸福感的提升对策可以通过由宏观社会、中观企业与微观个体的共同作用来实现,主要包括:强化权益保障、加强社会支持力度、拓宽职业发展空间、制定适用的晋升体制、提供丰厚的薪资报酬、营造积极的工作环境.
Abstract
This article aims to provide a basis for managers of construction enterprises to actively change the status quo,enhance the sense of acquisition,hope and identity of construction workers,and truly realize that construction workers"want to come in"and"stay".Through literature review and field investigation,we have found that work,family and organization are the main factors affecting the happiness of work of first-line construction workers.Therefore,countermeasures to improve the happiness of work of first-line construction workers can be achieved through the joint action of macro-society,medium-sized enterprises and micro-individuals,which mainly include strengthening the protection of rights and interests,intensifying social support,broadening the space for career development,formulating appropriate promotion systems,providing generous salaries and creating a positive working environment.
