Study on the Negative Factors of Administrative Culture in E-Government
This article aims at discussing the negative factors caused by administrative culture in the process of our country e-government construction and the impact on the development of e-government,and proposes the corresponding solutions.Through the analysis of such phrases as"Taobao style","Zhen Huan style"and"tongue-tip style"frequently appearing in government website announcements,as well as a series of"amazing reply"events on a government website in Sichuan Province,the problems of administrative personnel such as vague administrative concepts,job burnout,lack of responsibility and serious formalism are revealed.These phenomena reflect the continuation of traditional administrative culture and the deficiency of administrative culture construction in e-government.The research conclusion shows that it is necessary to improve the selection and competition mechanism,strengthen continuing education and quality training,introduce public satisfaction into the performance evaluation system,and enhance the leadership's understanding of e-government,so as to systematically reform and make continuous efforts to heighten the service quality and efficiency of e-government,consolidate government credibility and public satisfaction,and spur the overall development of e-government.
