The application of experiential teaching method in college students'career development and career guidance course is conducive to promoting the internalization of college students'knowledge,stimulating students'interest and promoting the development of students'personality,and guiding students to play relevant roles by creating real scenes,introducing real cases to guide students to analyze and discuss,strengthening interactive communication and guiding students to share experience,closely combining with life,directing students to participate in practical experience and apply experiential teaching method to curriculum teaching,while we should pay attention to the preparation before class and teaching organization,attach importance to the guidance of students'experience process exploration and establish a scientific,reasonable and effective evaluation system.
