Multiple sentence reading versions of phrase"Fu Diao Tian"in Dagao of Shangshu existed in the history.Through the explanation of words in sentence and inspection of the views of providence in Shang and Western Zhou Dynasty,we could confirm a sentence reading version that"Fu diao tian,jiang ge yu wo jia,bu(or fu)shao yan,hong wei wo you chong ren,si wu jiang da li fu",and two kinds of feasible translations.From the explanation of the text,we can find that the concept of Providence was an important guiding idea in the creation of the early Zhou Dynasty,and the guiding significance of the concept of Providence should be grasped in the study.
