孔子治民思想是以君民相互作用为特征而展开的.治民的层次性主要体现为两方面:一是"民"之层次,即由民之"位"和民之"学"所展开的层次划分;二是"治"之层次,即由"治"之方式所划分的"庶之""富之""教之""知之"等四个层次.治民的突破性是通过把握层次之间的关联性,即由君民之"德"的修养实现不同层次间的上升突破.
Abstract
Confucius's thought on governing the people is characterized by the interaction between monarchs and people.The level of governing the people is mainly reflected in two aspects,one is the level of"people",that is,the level division carried out by the"position"of the people and the"learning"of the people;The second is the level of"governance",that is,the four levels of"Shu","Rich","Teaching"and"Knowledge"divided by the way of"governance".The breakthrough of governing the people is to grasp the correlation between the levels,that is,to achieve the upward breakthrough between different levels by the cultivation of the"virtue"of the monarch.
