摘要
以《中州百县水碑文献》所载明清时期河南地区29 通民间水渠创修碑刻为中心,探讨民间水渠在创建与修护过程中涉及的丁夫招募、经费筹措、土地购置、口食供给、疏凿之方等必要条件,水渠的创修还需要满足时政稳定、物阜民丰和官员兴水、百姓盼水等重要条件.主政官员积极的态度对民间水渠的创修有重要的推动作用.
Abstract
Based on the inscriptions on 29 folk water channels created and repaired during the Ming and Qing dy-nasties in Henan Province,as recorded in the Literature of Water Steles in the Hundred Counties of Zhongzhou,this paper explores the necessary conditions involved in the creation and maintenance of folk water channels,such as re-cruitment of laborers,fundraising,land purchase,food supply,and dredging methods.At the same time,the crea-tion and repair of water channels also need to meet other important conditions such as political stability,abundant resources and people,and the promotion of water by officials and the hope of the people.The positive attitude of the ruling officials plays an important role in promoting the construction of folk water channels.
