分离下水自绝缘连接器设计与试验研究

为实现装备的跨介质运行,研制了分离下水自绝缘电连接器样机.该连接器分离后下水具有自动绝缘功能,提高装备安全性,实现跨介质运行;固定端在能够驱动转接基座合件的同时保证插合面密封,防止海水流入连接器内部;插座采用玻璃封接结构具有纵向水密功能;连接器有73 芯电接触件,具备电信号传输功能;连接器通过圆周钢球实现锁紧和分离,提高可靠性.对连接器样机进行了接触件插入和分离力、静水压力、盐雾及密封、可行性等一系列试验,试验结果达到了预期要求.
Design and Experimental Study of Self-insulating Connectors for Separating Submerged Water
In order to realize the cross-media operation of the equipment,a prototype of the separated under-water self-insulated electrical connector has been developed.The connector separation underwater with automatic insulation function,improve equipment safety,realize cross-dielectric operation;fixed end in the ability to drive the transfer base fit at the same time to ensure that the mating surface sealing,to prevent seawater into the connec-tor inside;socket using glass sealing structure with longitudinal watertight function;connector has 73 core electrical contacts,with the transmission of electrical signals;connector through the circumference of the ball to achieve the locking and separation to improve the reliability of the connector.Improve the reliability.A series of tests such as contact insertion and separation force,hydrostatic pressure,salt spray and sealing,feasibility,etc.were conducted on the connector prototype,and the test results met the expected requirements.
