摘要

本文介绍了航空发动机温度分区情况.阐述了发动机电缆的分布式设计流程和原理.分析了通过不同等级的耐高温器件、材料和结构实现分布式设计的关键技术和解决措施.研究了发动机电缆分布式设计与腐蚀环境防护和电磁兼容设计之间的相互影响情况.最后展望了分布式设计的发展趋势.

Abstract

This paper introduces the temperature zoning of aero engine.The distributed design process and principle of engine harness are described.The key technologies and solutions of distributed design through different grade high temperature resistant devices,materials and structures are analyzed.The interaction between distributed design of engine harness,corrosion protection and electromagnetic compatibility design is studied.Finally the devel-opment trend of distributed design is forecasted.
