摘要

车载高速连接器的信号完整性优化在在汽车电子系统中至关重要,它确保信号在传输过程中保持其完整性和准确性,在这一过程中,阻抗优化是核心组成部分.本文主要介绍如何进行阻抗优化,提升连接器的信号传输性能.该研究方法可以提高产品的开发进度,研究结果有利于指导产品的设计及生产.文章也通过一个实际案例,讲解当阻抗失配下,导致信号质量较差后产品的影响.

Abstract

Signal integrity optimization of on-board high-speed connectors is crucial in automotive electron-ics systems to ensure that signals maintain their integrity and accuracy during transmission,where impedance opti-mization is a core component.This paper mainly introduces how to optimize the impedance and improve the signal transmission performance of the connector.The research method can improve the development progress of the prod-uct,and the research results are helpful to guide the design and production of the product.Through a practical case,the article also explains the impact of the product when the impedance mismatch leads to poor signal quality.
