Application of a whole network automatic control system based on average temperature adjustment curve of secondary networks
Adjusting the secondary side temperature by controlling the opening of the primary side electric regulating valve of the heat exchange station is the main means of station regulation.According to the different energy-saving buildings and different heating methods used in the station,the corresponding average temperature the supply and return water on the secondary side is set as the set value of the electric regulating valve controller,and the actual value temperature of the average temperature of the supply and return water on the secondary network is taken as the return value,which is adjusted according to the deviation between the set value and the return value.Based on different kinds of temperature equalization curves of secondary networks,a fast response automatic control system for the whole network is implemented,and an actual case is carried.The research shows that the control system can realize the quick response adjustment of heat in each station on demand according to the change of heating load,thus achieving the overall energy saving purpose of the system.
