摘要

介绍大气污染物与温室气体协同减排的定义,列举了3种协同减排研究方法,包括GAINS模型、STIRPAT模型和LEAP模型,通过STIRPAT模型对河北省工业部门大气污染物和二氧化碳协同减排情况进行分析.结果显示:在低碳情景和强低碳情景下,河北省工业部门大气污染物和二氧化碳协同减排的交叉弹性系数均大于0,即大气污染物和二氧化碳具有协同效应.

Abstract

This paper introduces the definition of collaborative reduction of atmospheric pollutants and greenhouse gases and enumerates three research methods for collaborative reduction,including the GAINS model,STIRPAT model,and LEAP model.The STIRPAT model is employed to analyze the collaborative reduction of atmospheric pollutants and carbon dioxide in the industrial sector of Hebei Province.The results show that under low-carbon and strong low-carbon scenarios,the cross-elasticity coefficients of collaborative reduction between atmospheric pollutants and carbon dioxide in the industrial sector of Hebei Province are both greater than 0,indicating a synergistic effect between atmospheric pollutants and carbon dioxide.
