摘要

餐饮业用能的电气化是电能替代的重要领域,也是构建新型电力系统、推动能源绿色低碳转型的重点,尤其是单户功率较大、能耗占比较高的商业餐饮行业.基于组合式电气火灾监控探测器,介绍了一种包括就地监测、通信网络和集中监管的三层级用电安全监管系统设计方法.

Abstract

Electrification of energy consumption in the catering industry is an important field of electric energy substitution,and it is also the focus of building a new power system and promoting green and low-carbon energy transformation,especially in the commercial catering industry with high power per household and high energy consumption.Based on the combined electrical fire monitoring detector,a three-level power safety supervision system design method including local monitoring,communication network and centralized supervision was introduced.
