Application of VAV control system of fume hood based on wind speed sensor
The VAV control system of a fume hood based on a wind speed sensor is easily affected by the air distribution in the laboratory when measuring the surface wind speed.Taking the chemical synthesis laboratory of a pharmaceutical company as the research object,the VAV control system of the fume hood based on a wind speed sensor was adopted and its performance was tested.Using local perforated ceiling air supply to replace the diffuser or louver air supply method,the optimized air distribution in the laboratory was simulated numerically.The results show that the air distribution in the laboratory is good,which meets the design and use of a fume hood and the requirements of chemical exposure control in the laboratory.
