Typical issues and strategic analysis in the compilation of energy conservation reports under the new situation
In March 2023,the National Development and Reform Commission revised the'Measures for Energy Conservation Review of Fixed Asset Investment Projects'(hereinafter referred to as the'New Measures').The New measures put forward new requirements for energy conservation reports.This paper elucidates common problems encountered in the preparation of energy conservation reports after the introduction of the New Measures.Drawing on practical work experience,the study proposes coping measures and strategic recommendations for the compilation of energy conservation reports.
