临港J08-02地块配套初中地下车库通风系统方案比较

自《建筑防烟排烟系统技术标准》实施以来,汽车库的排烟风管有一定的耐火极限的要求,对地下车库传统风管式通风系统和诱导式通风系统方案产生了一定的影响.为了更好地比较两种方案,以上海市临港J08-02地块配套初中地下车库为例,分别采用换气次数法、稀释浓度法对通风系统进行计算选型,对比两种方案的系统形式、初投资、年运行费用等.结果显示:与传统风管式通风系统相比,采用诱导式通风系统可以降低初投资,系统较为节能,运行过程中的气流组织良好,减少了排风管道,有利于管线排布.研究表明,与传统风管式通风系统相比,诱导式通风系统具有一定的经济性且更为节能.
Comparison of ventilation system for junior middle school underground garage in Lingang J08-02 plot
Since the implementation of the Technical Standard for Smoke Management Systems in Buildings,the smoke exhaust duct of the garage has a certain fire resistance limit,which has a certain impact on the traditional duct ventilation system and induction ventilation system scheme of the underground garage.In order to better compare the two schemes,taking the underground garage of the junior high school supporting the J08-02 plot in Lingang,Shanghai as an example,the ventilation system was calculated and selected by the air exchange times method and the dilution concentration method,and the system form,initial investment,and annual operating cost of the two schemes were compared.The results show that,compared with the traditional duct ventilation system,the use of induction ventilation system can reduce the initial investment,the system is more energy-saving,the airflow during operation is well organized,the exhaust duct is reduced,and the pipeline layout is favorable.Studies have shown that compared with traditional ducted ventilation systems,induced ventilation systems are more economical and energy-efficient.
