Analysis on energy-saving transformation of 95+ technology for reforming heating furnace
The reforming heating furnace is the main equipment of petrochemical production,and improving the thermal efficiency of the furnace can effectively reduce the energy consumption and corresponding costs of enterprises,and achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.Combined with the 95+ technical transformation project of the reforming heating furnace carried out by the petrochemical conversion unit of an enterprise during the shutdown and overhaul,the application of 95+ energy-saving technologies of high-efficiency ultra-clean heating furnace such as anti-radiation energy-saving coating,flue gas waste heat recovery,and heat exchange transformation was discussed,and the operation status of the heating furnace before and after the transformation was optimized.The research shows that the reforming heating furnace 95+ technology can effectively improve the thermal efficiency of the device.
