摘要

在大力推行新能源的背景下,太阳能光热是稠油注汽清洁替代的重要选择之一.针对油田稠油开采实现低碳转型的需求,分析稠油开采清洁替代的特点,以油田稠油注汽项目为例,简要分析包括熔融盐储罐、熔盐泵等在内的熔融盐储热系统的主要设备计算选型,测算熔融盐储热系统形成的蒸汽综合成本.研究表明,通过设计优化可以进一步控制系统投资.

Abstract

Under the background of vigorous promotion of new energy,solar thermal energy is one of the important options for clean replacement of heavy oil steam injection.In view of the demand for low-carbon transformation of oilfield heavy oil exploitation,this paper analyzes the characteristics of clean substitution of heavy oil exploitation,takes the oilfield heavy oil steam injection project as an example,briefly analyzes the calculation and selection of the main equipment of the molten salt heat storage system,including molten salt storage tank and molten salt pump,and calculates the comprehensive cost of steam formed by the molten salt heat storage system.Studies have shown that further control system investment can be achieved through design optimization.
