以某350 MW超临界循环流化床(CFB)锅炉燃用高钙烟煤为例,根据燃料特性以及NOx生成机理,在CFB锅炉方案设计时采取有效的NOx排放控制措施.锅炉实际投运后,在煤中氮元素数倍于设计值情况下,仍能通过燃烧控制结合脱硝装置满足宽负荷超低排放要求,符合设计预期,具有高效、清洁、灵活和经济运行特点,符合国家煤电高质量发展方向.
Design and operation characteristics of NOx emission control of CFB boilers burning high-calcium bituminous coal
Taking a 350 MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boiler as an example,effective NOx emission control measures were taken in the design of CFB boiler scheme according to the fuel characteristics and NOx generation mechanism.After the boiler is actually put into operation,it can still meet the requirements of wide load and ultra-low emission through combustion control combined with denitrification device when the nitrogen element in the coal is several times the design value,which meets the design expectations,has the characteristics of high efficiency,cleanness,flexibility and economic operation,and is in line with the high-quality development direction of national coal power.
