A study on indoor cooling with ceiling radiant panel combined with off-peak electricity ice making
Water-based ceiling radiant panel cooling system can provide a comfortable thermal environment without strong cold air convection and noise.A model of water-based ceiling radiant panel end cooling system is established.Combined with radiant end cooling and off-peak electricity ice making, the cold stored in ice cubes is transported to the radiant panel through a circulating water system, and the indoor vertical temperature distribution is measured to analyze the indoor cooling function of ceiling radiant panel for off-peak electricity ice making. The method is applied in a factory office in Dalian, and the application effect and thermal economy of this method are studied. The research shows that the end cooling system of water-based ceiling radiant panel can effectively reduce indoor temperature and meet the requirements of thermal comfort of personnel.Using ice cubes produced by off-peak power supply as cold source, the operating cost of radiant panel can be reduced by 60%.
