CTAB水溶液浓度对脉动热管传热性能的影响

为了研究十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)对脉动热管(PHP)传热性能的影响,搭建一个铜制PHP实验装置平台,探究不同质量分数(0~0.072%)的CTAB水溶液对PHP的传热性能的影响,实验充液率为50%.结果显示:向水中添加CTAB可以改善PHP内部液塞的脉动频率及传热性能.PHP的传热热阻与加热功率和CTAB的浓度有关,随着加热功率和CTAB浓度的增加而减小.加热功率为20 W时,与纯水PHP相比,质量分数为0.072%的CTAB水溶液具有最大的强化作用率(31.6%);加热功率达到90 W后,向水中添加CTAB对PHP传热的强化作用相对较弱.研究表明,CTAB可以改善PHP的传热性能,并增加其传热效率.
Effect of CTAB aqueous solution concentration on heat transfer performance of pulsating heat pipe
The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of CTAB on the heat transfer performance of pulsating heat pipe.For this reason,a copper PHP experimental device platform was built,and the effects of different mass fractions(0~0.072%)of CTAB aqueous solution on the heat transfer performance of PHP were investigated through experiments when the liquid filling rate was 50%.The experimental results indicates that the addition of CTAB to water can enhance the pulsation frequency and heat transfer performance of the plugs within the PHP.PHP heat transfer resistance is related to heating power and CTAB concentration and decreases with increasing heating power and CTAB concentration.Specifically,at a heating power of 20 W,the CTAB aqueous solution with a mass fractions of 0.072%has the maximum enhancement efficiency(31.6%)compared to pure water PHP.However,when the heating power reaches 90 W,the heat transfer enhancement effect of adding CTAB to water for PHP is relatively weak.The study indicates that CTAB can effectively improve the heat transfer performance of PHP and increase its heat transfer efficiency.
