低浓度瓦斯利用率较低,利用蓄热氧化装置销毁低浓度瓦斯是综合利用低浓度瓦斯的有效途径,低浓度瓦斯需通过掺混才能达到蓄热氧化装置的安全经济利用浓度.针对低浓度瓦斯掺混技术,从掺混安全性、精确性、均匀性等3个方面展开设计,并通过实践应用进行检验.研究表明,低浓度瓦斯掺混设计符合工业应用标准,满足应用需求.
Research and application of low concentration gas mixing technology
The utilization rate of low-concentration gas is low,the use of regenerative oxidation device to destroy low-concentration gas is an effective way to comprehensively utilize low-concentration gas,and low-concentration gas needs to be blended to achieve the safe and economical utilization concentration of regenerative oxidation device.For the low-concentration gas blending technology,the design was carried out from three aspects of blending safety,accuracy,and uniformity,and was tested through practical application.Studies have shown that the design of low-concentration gas blending meets the standards of industrial applications and meets the needs of the application.
