某W型火焰锅炉排烟温度高的原因分析与调整措施

摘要
以某厂W型火焰锅炉为研究对象,结合实际运行数据,分析该厂锅炉排烟温度高的问题,并从配煤掺烧、燃烧器喷口角度和燃尽风开度等3个方面对锅炉进行调整,提出一系列应对措施.研究表明,经过检修维护和燃烧调整后,锅炉排烟温度下降7.91℃.燃烧工况得到改善,锅炉效率提高0.74%.
Abstract
This paper takes the W-flame boiler of a plant as the research object,combines the actual operation data,analyzes the problem of high exhaust gas temperature of the boiler in the plant,adjusts the boiler from three aspects on coal blending,burner nozzle angle,and burnout air opening,and puts forward a series of countermeasures.The results show that after overhaul maintenance and combustion adjustment,the boiler exhaust gas temperature decreases by 7.91℃.The combustion condition was improved,and the boiler efficiency increased by 0.74%.
