摘要

河北省张家口市某数据中心采用间接蒸发制冷空调系统,根据空调设备的实际运营情况,采用问题分析法,以降低年平均电源使用效率(PUE)为目标,针对解决机房热点、规避机房隐藏热点区域、调节空调不同季节运行模式等提出运行优化措施.结果显示:优先解决机房热点的方案降低PUE的可行性较高,可以减少大量高温告警;规避机房隐藏热点区域可以进一步降低内风机能耗;调节空调不同季节运行模式可以总体减少空调能耗,但会增加运维人员工作量.

Abstract

A data center in Zhangjiakou City,Hebei Province adopts indirect evaporative refrigeration and air conditioning system.According to the actual operation of the air conditioning equipment,the problem analysis method is used to reduce the annual average power usage efficiency(PUE),and the operation optimization measures are proposed to solve the hot spots in the computer room,avoid the hidden hot spots in the computer room,and adjust the operation mode of the air conditioner in different seasons.The results show that the scheme that prioritizes the hot spots in the computer room is feasible to reduce the PUE and can reduce a large number of high temperature alarms,avoid the hidden hot spots in the computer room can further reduce the energy consumption of the internal fan,and adjust the operation mode of the air conditioner in different seasons to reduce the energy consumption of the air conditioner as a whole,but increase the workload of the operation and maintenance personnel.
