Real-time online dew point research based on big data mining technology
In this paper,a physical model of water dew point and acid dew point was established by collecting various data during the operation of coal-fired power plants,and the correctness of the model was verified experimentally.The factors affecting the dew point in the boiler tail system were analyzed,and the influence of each factor on the water dew point and acid dew point of the air preheater was analyzed on the basis of big data calculation and analysis.The results indicate that both the generator load and the empty dry based moisture from coal burning can increase dew point and acid dew point temperatures.The size of the full sulfur fraction from coal burning has no effect on the dew point but raises the dew point temperature.The ambient temperature influences the dew point and the acid dew point temperature through the temperature of the wall surface of the air preheater.The denitrification system and air preheater will make the dew point temperature slightly reduced,but denitration will make the acid dew point temperature slightly increased.
