摘要
绿色建筑是促进我国新型城镇化发展的重要抓手,是落实生态文明理念及绿色低碳发展的重要途径,也是创建绿色城市的重要举措.以广州南沙明珠湾起步区绿色建筑全过程管理为例,阐述其整体开发建设过程中的管理策略.
Abstract
Green building is an important starting point to promote the development of new urbanization in China,an important way to implement the concept of ecological civilization and green and low-carbon development,and an important measure to create a green city.Taking the whole process management of green buildings in the starting area of Pearl Bay in Nansha,Guangzhou as an example,this paper expounds the management strategy in the overall development and construction process.
