摘要

对输油气管道站场的3台主变压器进行能耗测试,考察场站用电状况以及变压器的运行水平.结果显示:被测主变压器在运行工况下运行状态良好,处于最佳经济运行状态,但部分变压器的功率因数未达到相关标准.针对监测情况,提出集中负载和加装SVG装置等方式以优化主变压器运行.

Abstract

The energy consumption test of the three main transformers in the oil and gas pipeline station was carried out to investigate the power consumption of the station and the operation level of the transformer.The results show that the tested main transformer is in good running condition and is in the best economic operating state under operating conditions,but the power factor of some transformers does not meet the relevant standards.In view of the monitoring situation,the methods of centralized load and SVG device were proposed to optimize the operation of the main transformer.
