摘要

针对海上渔船淡水负载紧张的问题,设计一种绿色低碳、热量多级回收集成利用的海水淡化箱.从装置的方案设计、工作流程、技术原理、实验操作和特色应用等方面进行分析.该装置具有集热、蒸发、冷凝一体化、小型化设计的特点,综合利用了鼓泡蒸发、降膜蒸发、强制对流和自然通风等多种强化传热传质技术,有助于推广渔船节能减排新技术,为现代渔业船舶的绿色发展提供参考.

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of tight freshwater load of offshore fishing vessels,a seawater desalination tank with green and low-carbon,multi-stage heat recovery and integrated utilization was designed.The analysis was carried out from the aspects of scheme design,workflow,technical principle,experimental operation,and characteristic application of the device.The device has the characteristics of heat collection,evaporation,condensation integration,and miniaturized design,and comprehensively uses a variety of enhanced heat and mass transfer technologies such as bubbling evaporation,falling film evaporation,forced convection and natural ventilation,which is helpful to promote new technologies for energy conservation and emission reduction of fishing vessels,and provides a reference for the green development of modern fishing vessels.
