摘要
锅炉脱硫系统应在达标排放的前提下有效控制能耗,基于此需求设计锅炉脱硫智慧节能系统.建立锅炉脱硫系统的运行参数数据库,运用数据挖掘技术选取能效最佳参数,依据工艺机理选择算法,使用挖掘出的能效最佳参数创建并训练自适应自学习智慧模型,指导锅炉脱硫系统的节能运行.该系统的技术核心是以大数据为基础的智能技术的应用,在达标排放的前提下能够降低锅炉脱硫系统的能耗水平.
Abstract
The boiler desulfurization system should effectively control the energy consumption under the premise of meeting the emission standard,and the research on the intelligent energy-saving system of boiler desulfurization should be carried out based on this demand.Establish a database of operating parameters of the boiler desulfurization system,use data mining technology to select the best parameters of energy efficiency,and use the best parameters of energy efficiency to create and train an adaptive self-learning intelligent model according to the process mechanism selection algorithm,so as to guide the energy-saving operation of the boiler desulfurization system.The technical core of the system is the application of intelligent technology based on big data,which can reduce the energy consumption level of the boiler desulfurization system under the premise of meeting the emission standard.
