The technical characteristics of gas turbine and its application in various fields are introduced,the system composition of gas turbine is elaborated in detail,its structural characteristics and technical economy are studied,and its future technical development trend is prospected.As a common type of thermal engine,gas turbine plays an important role in the fields of aviation propulsion,ship power,offshore platform,thermal power generation,military vehicle power,and oil and gas transmission,and plays an indelible role in promoting the national economic construction and the maintenance and development of the national defense industry.
