CFD simulation prediction of the impact of community building planning on urban wind environment
Urbanization has an important impact on urban form,climate and environment.In order to evaluate the impact of community building schemes on the present situation and future urban ventilation in a town,a community chose CFD numerical simulation to analyze the impact of different building heights and building arrangements on the wind speed influence area and average wind speed in the town and the downstream community.Fluent is used as the simulation software,and k-ε equations are used as the turbulence model.The results show that the construction of community houses according to the planning conditions and the requirements of current technical management regulations can guarantee the ventilation capacity of ventilation corridors,and conform to the overall management and control orientation of ventilation corridor coordination and control areas.The unsold land in the township shall be implemented according to the current requirements for the spatial form control of the coordinated control area,so as to reduce the adverse impact of new construction on the wind environment.
