利用各边界参数变化修正压力差,由滑压、滑压设计值及限定条件计算得出滑压优化压力;通过在线计算优化方法,研究边界参数变化对火力发电厂汽轮机阀点滑压优化的影响;研究获得边界参数变化的数学模型,利用相关控制系统实时显示和控制最佳压力,实现对最佳阀位的精确控制,从而实现全季节滑压量化可视化,指导机组实际运行,有效提升机组经济性。
Study on the influence of boundary parameter variation on the optimization of steam turbine valve point sliding pressure in a thermal power plant
In order to further study the influence of boundary parameter changes on the sliding pressure optimization of steam turbine distribution point in thermal power plant,the mathematical model of boundary parameter changes is studied and obtained by using an online calculation optimization method.The optimal sliding pressure is calculated by using the pressure difference corrected by the change of each boundary parameter,and then the optimal sliding pressure is obtained by calculating the optimal sliding pressure difference,the design value of sliding pressure and the limited conditions.In order to optimize the sliding pressure and realize the quantification and visualization of the sliding pressure in all seasons,it can guide the actual operation of the unit and effectively improve the economy of the unit.
