低NOx燃烧器改造及数值模拟分析

依托某化纤公司现役的10 MW有机热载体炉用燃气燃烧器超低氮改造项目,对有机热载体炉超低氮改造方案、改造前后的炉膛内火焰变化以及氮氧化物生成量进行整理分析,进一步对改造后的燃烧器进行适当简化后建模.通过Fluent软件对其进行数值模拟,分析氮氧化物随有机热载体炉负荷变化的生成规律,为有机热载体炉用燃烧器的超低氮改造及使用提供理论及试验案例支撑,为超低氮燃烧器的进一步优化改造提供参考.
Modification and numerical simulation analysis of low NOx burner
Based on the ultra-low nitrogen retrofit project of 10 MW gas burner for organic heat carrier furnace in active service in a chemical fiber company,the ultra-low nitrogen retrofit scheme of organic heat carrier furnace,the flame changes in furnace before and after retrofit and the amount of nitrogen oxides produced were sorted out and analyzed,and the retrofitted burner was properly simplified and then modeled.Numerical simulation is carried out by fluent software,and the formation law of nitrogen oxides with the change of load of organic heat carrier furnace is analyzed,which provides theoretical and experimental support for the ultra-low nitrogen burner and its use,and provides reference for further optimization and transformation of ultra-low nitrogen burner.
